2. Services

US Auto Protect provides vehicle service contract administration. Coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set forth in your individual service contract.

3. Not a Contract

Information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a service contract. Your actual coverage is governed solely by the terms of your signed service contract.

4. Claims

Before starting any teardown or repairs, you must call Claims at 1-877-252-8036 for authorization and instructions. Failure to obtain prior authorization may result in denial of your claim.

5. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and/or text messages from US Auto Protect. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

6. Limitation of Liability

US Auto Protect's liability is limited to the terms set forth in your service contract. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
